About the Author

Owen C Bernard grew up in Kingston, Jamaica and emigrated to the United States in his late twenties. He enlisted in the US Army Reserves shortly before the start of the Gulf War and was deployed to Saudi Arabia for eight months in support of Operation Desert Storm. He worked as a stockbroker on Wall Street up until September 11th and is a survivor of the 9/11 terrorist attack. The Abyss Beside My Driveway is his first novel.
