About the Author
The author Janice Evon (Murphy) Rackauskas was born June 1, 1941, in Wichita, Kansas. She lived in Kanasa until the age of seven in the old west town of Coffeyville.Then relocated to Gary, Indiana. Janice attended Hobart Senior High School, Hobart Indiana, class of 1959. In 1982 she graduated from the College of the Sequoias, Visalia, California. There, she received an Associaes Degree in English with a minor in the arts. In 1984-85 she attended University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. Most recently,Janice is attending classes at Eastern Arizona College, Thatcher Campus, 2004-2009. She enjoys writing, painting and stained glass. All of which, she has learned, relay the many 'colors' of life.
