About the Book

It's the little things that matter the most in life. It starts out that way. You spend one fourth of your life growing up and three-fourths growing old.

When you are a child, you learn lessons that you will need to help you navigate life and make you the person you were meant to be.

This book takes you through twelve life stages. At each stage of life, there are affirmations, learning experiences and teaching experiences.

For adults to achieve emotional maturity, they must go through the first stages sometimes more than once in order to get it right.

After achieving emotional security in life's first six stages, you must then go through life's final six stages in order to achieve it's deeper spiritual meaning.

About the Author

Judy Whitley is a counselor, trainer, and seminar leader. She teaches, educates and trains adults in the practical aspect of change through a broad view of functions and activities related to achieving results. Her program is a guided process in learning to listen with your heart. It is designed to inspire you and show you how to gain awareness, personal empowerment and courage.

This is done through a mixture of:
• Creative visualization
• Story telling
• Self help aids
• Goal setting
• And much more

Judy believes that self-help programs are a pervasive and important part of our information system.

In 1993, Judy opened J.W.'s Learning Center. The philosophy of J.W.'s Learning Center is that 'It is your own voice that will best help you get through life'.

When you learn to listen to your own voice, you will see, hear, and feel things differently, and past wounds begin to heal and growth and change takes place. Judy has a dual Master's degree in Counseling and Human Resources Development from the University of Bridgeport.

She holds an advanced degree from Adelphi University Graduate School of Business in Human Resources Management.

Her undergraduate work in Business was done at the College of New Rochelle. Judy believes that learning to listen to your own voice prepares you for the many challenges of change ahead - for no one can change yesterday! Judy Whitley, M.S.
