About the Author

Tom Wilk, the author, resides with his family in the Washington D.C. area. Working since early nineties for leading information technology companies in the U.S. and in Europe, he is an expert in network centric transformations of armed forces and maintains high-level contacts with law enforcement and defense communities abroad, especially in Central Europe.
