This book covers all content from PMI's project management body of knowledge (PKMBOK) that includes nine knowledge areas which encompasses five process groups with a total of thirty-nine processes.

This book is designed for those who are thinking about taking either the Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exams sponsorded by the Project Management Insitute (PMI). About the Author

Wei Lee, PMP, has managed and consulted on projects for industries including technical, educational, publishing, insurance, leisure travel, financial, and others. Mr. Lee has served as a project management consultant for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies as well as many dot com start up companies. Currently, Mr. Lee is a consulting senior project manager at a major Fortune 100 international finanacial firm.

As an educator, Mr. Lee has taught the following project management courses for Prima Community College and INT Group (a PMI registered global education provider): PMI's PMBOK, The Principle and Techniques of Project Management, Project Risk Management, Project Leadership, Project Management Workshop, and Microsoft Project.

Mr. Lee is a member of the Project Management Institute and is an active participant in local project management chapter. He has served on following PMI's committees/projects as a reviewer, memeber, and contributor:
