About the Book

This book is a short story of health service failings in the U.K. Many are failed and abandoned each day, but few ever complain or write about it. The N.H.S is a national institution that we all depend onand will need or use at some time in our lives, yet it is left abandoned to the fools who run it and pretend they care about it.

About the Author

The author, having worked in the health service for 12 years and being an active trade unionist for 10 of those years and being an ex-service man and being born brought up in working class Belfast through the troubled years in our history thought there was little left to surprise or shock him until he entered the abyss of the N.H.S. on 27.03.04. He was shocked and felt abandoned and let down by that very same organization that he worked for and loved for so many years.
