About the Author
Taydie was diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer in 2005, and spent many sleepless nights writing her "doggerel", while undergoing chemo and radiation therapy. Thanks to the treatments, and sheer determination on her part, she successfully came through the ordeal. She continued to enjoy her horses and living in the mountains of Colorado. In 2021, she was diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma, which ultimately spread to her liver, and she died on November 26, 2024. Throughout this most recent ordeal, she maintained the same positive attitude you will read in this book.
