About the Author

I spent my childhood and teenage years in Western Australia. Since the age of 20 I have lived in New South Wales, Australia.

I nursed for almost 17 years and also have a Diploma in Welfare. In my late 40s and the year I turned 50 many experiences happened to make me realize how much humans hunger for contentment and how they search within many spectrums before they find that their spirituality is the answer.

The most specific saddest realization was after spending hours at a time on the net counseling an 11 year old for almost three months, while he was dying with cancer.

It was through these experiences that I realized my casual writing of poetry could brighten a persons day, and thatI had touched and made a difference to many more people than I realized. Until this point in time I had just been sending my poetry as e-cards or pick me up notes to family and friends. (They in turn had been passing them on to others).

My friends have been urging me to make available a collection of my verse for sometime.

My poems Fulfilled, Gift of Time, Heaven Can Wait, Inside the Blossoms, 50 No Shards, Angel Web, Home at Last, Morning Rainbow, Lunch Over Water, Mum At Wars End, As I Wait To Your Arms have been published by the International Library of Poetry, Owings Mills MD.

Mother, Angel Warrior and God's Tapestry have been published by Noble House (London, New York).

One Day To Be has been published by the Famous Poets Society in Oregon.

All the above poems have been in anthologies.
