About the Book
A MEDITATION course with step by step guidance towards achieving self development, and spiritual unfoldment, through finding clarity of thoughts, then enhancing greater awareness of personal character traits, with your own inner strengths, and the world around.
Also, the peace found will give confidence in the presence of others, and with the knowledge of being further in-touch with positive qualities, so shall you give, and feel contentment, and display a brighter happiness in the persona that carries warmly; the wonderful character traits which you possess. The book contains much inspiration, and the preparation for the meditations give assurance of comfortable guidance, when you sit to be in-tune with harmony, and the energies of healing and upliftment that become more and more familiar to you personally, with time.
The meditations involve sitting in peace with colours, enhancing them to be richer in your life and closer entwined with your aura.
The use of symbolism is also practiced and introduced, as a beneficial way towards the self being more settled to explore the inspiration of harmony and self awareness, by using the wonderful colours and feelings of the self to construct a more familiar insight into ones own spiritual self and the very world around.
The inspirations to be found in this book I hope will bring out the best in each individual, in all of their most desired qualities.
About the Author
James Sean Graham is an Englishman born in 1977 in Oxford. Having spent a short time in Oxford, he then moved with his Mother and older brother back to Essex, to a small town where his close family had lived for many years. In the time after leaving school he worked, for a few years, as a labourer on building sites. At the age of 21, he moved to a neighbouring town a short distance away to begin working as a volunteer in two associations that provided shelter for homeless and vulnerable people. During this time and line of work, he drew upon his own past experiences to encourage others to bring the best out of themselves and see the best in life. He also visited a spiritual church where he learned further how to draw greater upon his own self inspirations, and it was from the want and desire to inspire harmony and self worth in others, that he picked up his pen and rediscovered his buried passion for writing.
