About the Book

Ministry of Christ Women Department, friends and family got together and put together just a few of their favorite receipes. I really feel this cookbook is uncomplicated and easy to use.

Some of the mom's of our women department joined in like Darlene Wilson mom Sonja Delancy who has some amazing recipes through out the book, Carrol Stafford mom Ruth Osborne who made her Peas, Rice, with Curried Chicken (page 43) and Lemon Pineapple Cake ( page 57) for everyone to try out it is really delicious. This cookbook was put together not only to show off our great recipes, but all proceeds will go to our church building fund.

About the Author

First Lady Rose Lewis lives in Modesto where her husband Apostle Marvin Lewis is the pastor of Ministry of Christ Church they have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren, she has wanted to put together a cookbook for several years but fear kept her from it, now she has brought together her friends, family, and the women department of her church to put together some simple recipes to kick off Ministry of Christ first cookbook. All of us wanted to do something that would benefit the church and help rise money for our building fund. The author of this book is really the women department of Ministry of Christ, friends, & family the idea was mine, but it took the women department to bring it all about. Thanks to everyone for joining in on this project, waiting patiently for the finish product.
