About the Author
Alanna Fero, MA, LSC
Alanna Fero maintains a private practice in Vancouver, Canada, providing
life purpose and business coaching, career management, executive leadership
development, employee engagement consulting and recruitment services to
local and international clients. In addition to the amazing individuals
sampled in this book, Alanna proudly calls dozens of socially responsible
and values-driven (triple and quadruple bottom line) companies among her
clients, and takes great joy in supporting their leadership journeys and
helping them to create workspaces where people love to come to play.
With more than seventeen years experience in teaching, facilitation, communications, career development, recruitment, executive coaching, employee engagement and workshop delivery, including a seven year tenure as a popular college professor; a two year stint as creator, executive producer and host of Canada's only recruitment radio show; and close to nine years in private coaching and consulting practice, Alanna loves leveraging the power of interpersonal relationships, provocative dialogue and good strategy to improve people's experience of their lives.
In addition to her practice, Alanna is a regular media commentator on subjects related to career and business, and delivers keynotes and workshops on Love Made Visible Work/Lives to diverse audiences around North America. She is actively working on both a companion workbook to Love Made Visible and a study of top companies creating self-actualizing workplace cultures where love is just part of every workday.
