About the Author
The human being is probably the most resilient body of Creation, honed for self-preservation. Being born in and growing up in an urban setting (where kids bicycles were confiscated by police, because they provided early warning systems for drug dealers) and then being transplanted, in mid teen years, into a quiet suburban setting; is a great factor in the attitude of getting back onto ones horse. But the question remains: "Did I really have to fall off so much?" Hard working parents, who paid extra to send me to parochial schools and a good university; hopefully got their money's worth, for it is these two factors that is the foundation for appreciation of selfless sacrifices that makes us a family. Whether running restaurants for a chain or my own transportation service, owning a bar, then restaurant (with a 4 star international rating), then filing bankruptcy; these two factors are the reason I am, the person I am, the author: Mike Perrone Jr. (Thanks Mom & Pops.)
