About the Book
This is a practical source of information for people who are new to the supervisory role or who are deciding whether they want to be a supervisor or not.
Material is based on conversations with hundreds of supervisors and soon-to-be-supervisors, about the challenges they face as they take over the task of getting work done through other people.
However, these are often the same questions that supervisors continue to deal with over and over again, no matter who much experience they have.
