He has served in 5 denominations as well as independent churches, always maintaining his standing in the denomination in which he was ordained. He served rural and small city churches in Wisconsin, Colorado, Arizona and Kansas before retiring in Northern Wisconsin.
After recovering from alcoholism and addiction to a prescribed painkiller, he discovered other sinful behaviors, which started while under the influence of alcohol and drugs, which had become habitual as well. Searching the Bible, during extensive counseling, he discovered 12 steps to a victorious Christian walk. Following these practical steps and counseling others to do the same, he knows from experience, these steps work. He has written Christian Sinners Anonymous in hope others who are struggling with sinful behaviors in their lives can find help also.
