Robert Keegan spent most of his life 'making things happen!'

Bob had what society might consider a successful life.

He had a successful business.
He had a successful family.
He had a lot of successful friends.

But he seemed to be always searching for more. There was a constant underlying unease. And, this incessant searching led to a continuous never-ending self-improvement and self-development crusade.

He was a staunch advocate of all the personal-power gurus; Donald Trump, Tony Robbins, Zig Zigler, Wayne Dyer and many others. His Bible was Stephen Covey's '7 Habits' and he practiced these principles religiously in his daily life.

And, once he cashed-in the successful business, bought two his and hers silver Mercedes and the big house, the searching seamed to intensify.

He studied the great 'minds' of our time; Freud, Carl Jung, Einstein and David Bohm.

After exhausting the outward search through the mind/intellect, the searching turned inward.

The niggle was, that true happiness or peace of mind, must come from a different way of thinking. A different paradigm.

This led to an even loftier goal, Self-realization or Enlightenment!

He saw Enlightenment, or as some say, transcending the mind or awakening, as the only way to finally put an end to this incessant search. And he set about finding It with the same enthusiasm that he had used to build his successful life.

This unrelenting searching led him to the three Mysticeers. Three living breathing enlightened beings; Eckhart Tolle, Ramesh S. Balsekar and David R. Hawkins.

And, through Dr. David R. Hawkins work in "Power vs. Force", was introduced to a tool to tell truth from falsehood, called 'The Map of Consciousness'. He proceeded to make hundreds of calibrations on the level of Truth of books, movies, authors and teachers.

Finally he could cut through the BS and find that elusive thing called enlightenment.

The movie "The Matrix" and the "Bhagavad-Gita" really started to make sense.

But the realization that there were so very few who had made the paradigm jump from 'the prison of the mind' was very disheartening at first. It meant that the chance of realizing his goal of enlightenment was extremely small.

Then one day he made a discovery. Or rather, a discovery was made.

This, which is seeking, is THAT which is sought, and THAT which is sought is THIS, which is seeking. And, no 'one' is making anything happen.
