Dean D. Criter has spent his career in Human Resources and Operations for companies whose revenues are over $1B. He has significantly contributed to the growth of those organizations. He received his MBA in 1997 and is currently instructing courses in Operations Management at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He has spent significant time with organizations ranging from manufacturing to service to health care understanding their methodology for continuous improvement.
He has had success in implementing lean manufacturing principles into organizations with over 1,600 employees. He has mentored numerous employees to become very effective supervisors. He continues to work with Managers to grow and develop their people - and their BOTTOM LINE.
