How he acheived his ambition and served in the Royal Air Force during WW2. His adventurous experiences in landing a Lysander aircraft in enemy occupied territory, and his marriage to a French madamoiselle. An active member of the resistance. Considerable action in the air and behind enemy lines.

About the Author

The author worked in St.Claude, France, during the 1930's, returning to England to enlist in the R.A.F. in 1939, one month before the declaration of war, serving until the cessation of hostilities with Squadrons and later in Group and Command Operation Rooms as a controller.
