The conversation between father and son starts on a cool spring morning and lasts well into the evening. In it the dad provides his son with a treasure trove of techniques for success.

At the end of the book are appendices with practical exercises on each chapter. The exercises allow the reader to identify life skills gaps. The reader then has an opportunity to create an action plan to do the things necessary to close the identified gaps. Frank Alexander is a Corporate Training Consultant. His work in financial services spans over 30 years and has allowed him to conduct workshops throughout Canada, from Halifax to Vancouver.
He holds a Masters Degree in Education XE "Education" \b from The Ontario Institute For Studies in Education and The University of Toronto.
He has done executive studies at The Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University in Chicago.
Frank has served as a School Board Trustee, a role that allowed him to make a tremendous difference in the lives of young people.
