About the Book
I have had the honor of studying with great professors who taught me how to function within rhythms of different cultures. Thanks to them, I have been able to compile this collection of rhythms from our planet. Each one is an approximation of the style represented. I have tried to be faithful to the rhythm. But above all, I have tried to present them in a way which makes them accesible to the largest number of drummers possible. Thus I have developed this graphic tablature which drummers of all levels will understand. A must for all students or for the teacher´s bookshelves.
With practice, anyone can learn to play a basic pop beat, an egyptian Zaffah or more complicated rhythms.
