About the Book

Do you believe in love at first sight? Do you believe that every one has a soul mate, an exact match for them? What about destiny? This is a love story between two people who are meant to be.

Colin Banks, an Elvis impersonator, had recently lost his father. He had also recently caught his girlfriend in a compromising position with the drummer of his own band. His life was “A Mess of Blues”. When his best friend, Luke, called from Michigan and asked for his help with his failing construction company, he jumped at the chance to move away form Tennessee and start his life over.

Colin wasn’t looking for love or to start a new relationship, but when he saw Madison Hensley, he just “Can’t Help Falling in Love” with her. He knew instantly that he wanted to be with her and that they were meant to be. He knew this was destiny. The only problem Colin could see was convincing Madison that they belonged together. Even though Madison made him feel “All Shook Up”, Colin knew he had to have her at all costs, no matter what.

About the Author

I was born and currently reside in Detroit, Michigan. I am married with two children.

In January of 2003, I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. My safe and secure world was shattered started thinking about my life about what I had accomplished in my life. What did I really want to do with my life and had I achieved it? My dream since I was a little kid was to be a writer, so in August of 2003, I began this novel.

Reading romance novels has always been a passion of mine and I am also an avid Elvis fan. I decided to combine my two passions together into this book. What a fantasy! I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
