About the Book
Throughout these pages, the reader will be thrilled with a fascinating story embracing highly contemporary features. The story opens with a puzzling twist when Roberto Burán, heir to a millionaire fortune, finds himself involved in a series of intriguing events. He becomes the victim of a malicious, spiteful plan. He has to face a woman's claim for the subsidiary rights of a baby conceived with his sperm. Surprisingly, the child's mother is a woman Roberto has never had physical contact with; she got the sperm with the help of a mysterious young lady that will later on in the narrative manage to captivate Roberto's heart.
This outstanding novel is amazingly able to portray not only the lowest drives of human nature, but also the redeeming power underlying true and honest love. This literary work, concerning as hard and difficult issues as the beginnings of life, abortion and parenthood are, invites its readers to a self discovery trip to reconsider their own judgments on those topics. This story is, above all, an authentic literary piece meant to become an experience to remember forever in its readers' consciousness.
