About the Book

In this breakthrough novel, the author introduces the reader to various phases within a man's life. The main character, Obadiah McNeil, reveals how a man can be happy, successful, and satisfied yet still fall from grace. Intertwining humor and weeping with heart-felt wisdom, the author dissects the heart of a man to the world.

Obadiah dismisses the normal stereotypes placed on men by providing a birds-eye view into the head and heart of man. Although some men make mistakes, lie, cheat, and even run away from responsibilities at times, deep down men want to do the right thing. When men fail, they do not run away because of failing. They run because they feel their families and friends have lost hope in them.

About the Author

R.L. Owensby makes his debut novel, titled We B. Family which explores the deep and true realities of families in crisis. R.L. is a former Virginia native, and currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and two children.
