The Morning Prayer is a compilation of prayers, covering all aspects of life. If there is a problem of any sort, it would be covered by the Morning Prayer. Some prayers are more general, others are more to the point of a particular problem. All prayers give praise and adoration to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The Morning Prayer is a day-starter. First thing in the morning, it arrives on the door-step of the computer in the home or at the office. Many readers have said that the first thing they do after turning on their computers is finding and praying along with the Morning Prayer. The book cover depicts one of the many postures for prayer. This position by no means suggests that the prayer must be said from the knees; it is just one position one may use to cry out to the Lord in humble submission. We can’t always bow or kneel, but our hearts can.

Jimmie T. Jones is a wife to Melvin, mom to Eric, Kenneth, and Robin, a daughter to Arthur and Louise Thompson, a sister and a friend. She and her family reside in Upper Marlboro, Maryland where Jimmie continues to pray daily on-line with people all over the country.
