About the Author
Richard A. Byron-Cox was born and grew up in the Caribbean. He was educated in the Caribbean, Europe and Latin America and is trained in the fields of international relations, diplomacy, foreign policy and international law in which he holds a PhD. He is also multilingual. Dr. Byron-Cox worked as a teacher and in the areas of legal and foreign affairs in St. Vincent and the Grenadines before becoming an international civil servant. He has written numerous articles for journals and newspapers on varying subjects. This however is his first book.
