The author of this book is about 37 years in this country, came from Israel. And is about 22 years citizen of this country. During about 32 years had 10 different Civil cases in the State Of California, being plaintiff or defendant, my cases reached to the U.S. Supreme Court for their appeals for writs of Mandate, Prohibition and Certiorari.

That after all their pain staking, costly, procedures proceeded in the State or federal, or combined, both level of the lower courts and their appeals, reached to U.S. Supreme Court.

The U.S. Supreme Court in systematic pattern, alike every oppressive regimes which some of those regimes’ leaders, eventually, paid for their criminal consequences act of genocide, violation Human Rights of their people, U.S. Supreme court in deceptive, fraudulent criminal excuses evaded to take my 10 appealed cases in violation Articles of the U.S. Constitution Article III and VI, Treaty Statutory Supremacy Law, in Conspiracy, perjury of their oaths came to their judgeship chairs. They obstructed justice to me in violation 18 pages treaty, its articles with the Israel. And same time in violation Civil Rights Acts Of the Congress and Human Rights Acts of the State and Federal Statute, Homestead Acts, Federal Monopoly Sherman Acts, 14th Amendment of the U.S. CONSTITUTION, Equal Protection Clause, Title 18> part 1> Chapter 31> Section 656. That in one of my cases being Anti-Semitic case proceeded by officials and judges of the court in pure 24 Karat Anti-Semitism, then Ninth Circuit Appellate Court Criminally, dismissed my claims-lawsuit, their perpetuated judges’ criminal acts-- ruling under the Doctrine Judicial Immunity. And today’s is not wonder comes a criminal, sick Prime minister alike Ahmadi Nejat Speaks in the U.N. to destroy a peaceful Country, Sole Jewish Country. He must be treated Alike Eishmann and brought to justice, before a high price be paid for challenging these criminals Fascists demagogues’ ideologies.

About the Author

In years 1950 being in Teheran, Iran my family and brothers immigrated to Israel. 3-4 years after they immigrated and myself being businessman and student in Teheran I decided to go to the U.S., and on my in route to visit my family. Proceeded to get my Passport. By law of the military service, if being senior of the brothers in the family, I could become exempt of mandatory military service if my father age, being enough old, comply with that law. Despite being lawfully exempted, the fanatic Moslem captain, being Anti-Semitic, discovered my parent names being pure Jewish names, ruled against the law and considered me not be exempt. As the result, by fake document acquired my exit passport, and by ground left through Turkey to Israel.

In Israel as an, immigrate country for Jews, was not giving easy, exit passport to Sephary immigrated Jews to come to the U.S. or got to other countries. As the result remained in Israel, set up a Corporation with other 5 brothers in Agro business, became very successful, despite fighting with other kind of discrimination. Eventually, one after the other married separated from our Corporation and one after the other came to the U.S.

Being in New-York, in Brooklyn 67 Street, became neighbor of a conservative Jewish family, how much I can appreciate and admire the respect of that family, the husband being Physic teacher taught in colleges, it is not enough. In every aspect and respect they wanted to help us and direct us. In one of October days, being cold her daughter 4/5 years old 2/3 hours was crying in the porch house next to my house. As customary of Middle Eastern people unlike the U.S. sufficing neighbors saying to other neighbors Hi, being like member of family asked, can I do something for that child? She said it is better off she crying 2/3 hours and not I cry all my life for her not becoming well and prosper.

Pursuing our legitimate Constitutional, Civil and Human Rights must tirelessly be sought. Once we give it up it becomes Statute Qua.
