About the Author

The author has collected recipes over the past 30 years from family and friends. And she is from a southern family that has always enjoyed home cooked meals. These recipes are some of the favorites of her family and friends through the years.

Ms. Snow has a sales background, which includes selling appliances, and was one of the most exciting and informative jobs ever. Going to food shows and cooking demonstrations was a lot of fun. Her Florida real estate license is presently inactive.

For the past two and one-half years, she has been devoted to taking care of her 86 year old mom, Annie, in Orlando.
