Charles Martin "Marty" Stabler graduated from College with a BA Degree in History and went straight to Marine Corps Officer Candidates' School at Quantico, Virginia, where he received his Commission as a Second Lieutenant. From there, it was a short drive across I-95 to The Basic School for 15 weeks of intensive training for Second Lieutenants.

This book shows how the US Government still thinks "conventionally", while Al Qaeda Agents exploit this shortcoming by thinking "unconventionally". Al Qaeda will continue to terrorize the "West" as long as the US is "retroactive", rather than "proactive". We must not think "what WILL they do next", but rather, "what CAN they do next". This book explores just some of the possibilities.
About the Author
Rick Cleland is a resident of Flower Mound, TX in the Dallas area.He is 67 , married for 35 years.He is a former Captain in the USMC and served in Vietnam (1967-68). He retired from the NC Highway Dept. and then worked directly for the CEO of Fischbach and Moore International Contractors.
