About the Book
The Viral Avenger is a childrens book that is not only entertaining, but teaches children about how to avoid getting germs and the flu. This book is loaded with colorful illustrations of the Viral Avenger fighting Germable Jackson at Auld College. It is the first book in the Viral Avenger series.
About the Author
We are exceptional students that attend Life Skills classes at E.C. Drury High School in Milton Ontario, Canada. We have many different abilities and interests and decided to write a children's book in our literacy class when H1N1 was making news in the fall of 2009. The Viral Avenger is a character that we created to teach younger children how to protect themselves against viruses and the flu. We hope you enjoy our book. All proceeds of the sale of our book will go towards our Life Skills/Special Education program to assist us with the resources and technology necessary to meet our learning needs.
