About the Book
Miss Muggles (Muggles for short) is a Westland Highland Terrier with a giant heart and a charming personality who is visiting a senior citizen home with her family. Soon, she charms all the residents with her silly antics.
Due to the “no dogs” rule at Tranquility Lodge, the family must leave Muggles outside in the garden while they visit with Gramma Trudy. As their conversation begins in the visiting room with large windows that overlook the little garden, Muggles tries various tricks to gain the attention of her family. Suddenly a normally cranky Mr. Lawson breaks into a smile. Muggles is working her magic on the residents! From rolling on her back with her paws in the air to running around like a fuzzy white blur, Muggles creates laugh-out-loud entertainment for everyone who is watching out the window.
Beautifully illustrated by Donna Jean, Miss Muggles is a delightful tale that children will want to read again and again.
