About the Book

A distress community in a bid to find lasting solution to its territorial problem traced it to the Criminal Divisional Jackboot officer whom after his transfer to the town crime rate suddenly increased. The people severally appealed to the commissioner of Jackboot and the state government did not get any feedback decided to lean on faith for survival but faith was a compromising factor when arm robbery cases were recorded until a final showdown that almost rocked the whole community. Armed men in broad daylight invaded the only bank, in the community and successfully made away with large sum of money. The Jackboot was alerted but delayed its response, with a cover story of not having ammunition. The provoked youths of the town burnt down the Jackboot station. Consequently the government intervened by sending Jackboot officers to Massacre the citizens in cold blood thereby turning the town to a deserted zone.


About the Author

He hails from Obiaruku in Delta State Nigeria; from a family of nine. he attended his elementary primary school at Emeni Primary School where he got admission into high school from 5th grade instead of six. He attended a couple of High school before graduation. He gained admission into Petroleum Training Institute Warri in 1988 to study Electrical Engineering. He is an Engineer, OND Electrical engineering, "Power and Machine" and HND Electrical/Electronic Engineering, "Electronic/Telecommunication." After his OND he worked briefly at Texaco Overseas Warri, he relocated to Port Harcourt town in Rivers State in search of a better job. He tried going back severally for his HND but did not get admission as such he left for Lagos State where he teamed up with his elder brother to do business. He was lucky to get admission after two years and on graduation he was posted to Osun State for his National Youth Service Corp. At Osun State he lectured at Federal Polytechnic Ede. He worked with Company General De Geophysical and Chinese National Petroleum Corporation. He left CNPC because he wasn't getting job satisfaction. He went into private business and worked as H.S.E Director with Gostena and Davita. He worked as Executive Director Remens Investment. He got the inspiration to write in 1991 but dumped it for life quest. In 2001 he built up on his writing skill and finished the work on daybreak massacre but left it due to publication difficulty. He is a director with Mind Spring Resources Ltd. In 2003 he contested for Delta State House of Assembly but lost due to high manipulation of the election. In 2007 he was appointed Councilor ward 10 representing Obiaruku and later he was elevated to the position of Secretary to the Local government in Ukwani Local Government, Delta State Nigeria in the same 2007. Presently he is an Executive Director with Novo Technologies ltd.
