About the Author
Mary Higgins once lived along the route of the Boston Marathon. She is a nutritionist who works with athletes of all ages, sizes and shapes, even ballerinas wearing pink tutus. She watched her friend, Charlie, train for and finish the Boston Marathon which inspired her to write this book. She lives on the North Shore.
