About the Book
Vince Masters was forced to learn the dangers of the Wild West early in life. For the past year he learned the dangers facing a green horn while traveling in the unsettled and untamed West. His love of the gun and agile ability to use it when necessary kept him alive this past year. How long could his ability keep him alive? Not able to decide where he would settle down, he decided to travel. Meeting interesting people in his travels was one thing Vince enjoyed. Meeting men who lived by the gun for the wrong reasons was the life Vince could have done without. Meeting Dick Roberts who wanted to clean up the West without a badge could prove fatal for Vince, but showing his patriotism and loyalty to his new friend was a good decision. He decided to back him and the law to become a vigilante of the New West. Finding ways to prosecute and exile the villains who wanted to run the West with lawlessness and profit from the weak was high on Vince Masters and his new found friend Dick’s agenda. Finding a way to do such acts without crossing the fine line of being criminals themselves was another matter! Vince was a man who wanted to succeed at these feats anonymously. Follow the travels of Vince Masters and Dick Roberts to find out how the Wild West was really won.
About the Author
Living in Conneticut through his teenaged years Steve Smyrski grew up on a horse ranch where his aunt and uncle made their living rasing some of the finest stock for rodeo use. This was enough of western life to get Steve interested in watching ans fantising the life of real cowboys and then continuing to the life of the Wild West. Reading many books of famous authors like Zane Gray, Louis L'Amour and Ralph Compton, Steve wanted to tell stories of his own and decided to start writing. With the success of his first book it it was not hard for Steve to sit down to tell his next story. There is nothing more exciting than to hear stories or watch movies of how real men survived the Wild West in the late 1800's. The long and hard journey to the West to find a new life. One that could enrich ones family and own land. Lots of land. But with sucess and honor also brings greed and trouble. This way of life brought the strength of a man and his family to hold on to what they worked so hard to achieve, and sometimes it meant a mans life to achieve that. Steve Smyrski has done this by telling these exciting stories of one man who struggled through life while protecting, defending and staying hard in order to survive. These were done through books like "Master Gunslinger" and now the sequal of the same man whose fast gun and strength struggles of life in "Master Gunsingers Revenge".
