About the Author

Stephanie (a.k.a. Stefani) Ann Pappas is a Somatic Experiencing ® Practitioner (body-based trauma resolution) since 2016. She has been practicing and teaching yoga and meditation since 1992, and is a Licensed Massage Therapist in NJ and PA. She is the founder and director of the Devalila Yoga Teacher Training, and has certified over 350 teachers in North America. Stephanie is the author of Yoga Posture Adjustments and Assisting, and Yoga at Your Wall.
