About the Book

In 1864, the Confederate Army possessed two billion dollars in gold bullion; before surrendering, the rebel soldiers buried the gold somewhere in Atlanta, Georgia. General Joseph Johnston, a commander under General Lee, was the only living person who knew where the gold was buried. Union soldiers burned Atlanta to the ground in search of the gold, but it was never found—that is, until now. About the Author

James Campbell is the author of two novels based on factual events that occurred during his thirty-seven years of working as a police officer for the Atlanta Police Department. He is the president of a non-profit organization to build a community center near his home in Georgia.
