God made us different so that we would learn to complement each other. We each have different strengths and weaknesses, and that is usually what has drawn or attracted us to each other. Honestly, they probably are irreconcilable, unless the Lord is in the center of your marriage and has supernaturally given you the love, understanding, and wisdom that you will need to survive. If you throw out this husband or wife for a newer model, you will be getting another of the same species with a new face, but who is still basically wired the same. … With God’s help, you will learn to appreciate your mate and know that there can be a newfound love and respect for them.
