About the Book

On a balmy April morning in 1954, James Moore was sworn in as a member of the Toledo Police Academy’s twelfth cadet class and began what would eventually become a twenty-six-year career with a police force intent on fiercely protecting the citizens of its beloved city. About the Author

James Moore earned a bachelor of science degree in criminal justice from the University of Toledo and is a graduate of the National FBI Academy. He was a law enforcement officer for the Toledo, Ohio, police department for over twenty-five years. Now retired, he currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
