This book is the culmination of articles, letters, photographs and notes collected and preserved over 80 years, celebrating interactions with Meher Baba. It is a biographical review of life and spiritualism brought down to daily activities, engendering a kind of record of the Authors personal relationship with his spiritual master. Through the special mentoring relationship between the acclaimed Avatar himself and the Author, this book playfully reveals the fear, anguish, apprehension, joy, expectation, and fulfillment endured by the Author over his life with Meher Baba as his spiritual master. The book also discusses traditional hindu practices and its influence upon an orthodox south Indian Hindu joint family, testing the very basis of such practices. Ths book illustrates actual messages from the Avatar and connects such utterances with real life events.

About the Author
Prof: Athur K. Kasthuri is a retired Professor of Geology of Presidency College, Chennai, India. He is an avid collector and paleontologist. He is happily married to Leela and spends his time between Walnut Creek CA and Chennai, India. This book is the culmination of his lifelong dream to share the mysteries of his life with fellow readers and Baba followers... Sanjay Srivatsa is married to Prof. Kasthuri’s second daughter, Niroop and assisted the Author over a period of 2 years to catalog, transcribe journal notes and render the Author’s vivid lifetime experiences into the story of “A Mischievous Chicken”
