Freddy is a little boy with gluten intolerance. When Freddy's tummy starts to hurt his mommy takes him to the doctor who tells him he needs to go on a special diet.
About the Author
Afarin Faghani has been living with gluten intolerance for the last seven years. When she was first diagnosed there weren't many options or variety of foods to choose from. Most people didn't know about Gluten Intolerance or Celiac disease. It was very difficult to find "good tasting" gluten free food. Today gluten intolerance is more common and it is easier to find gluten free options at local grocery stores and restaurants.
