PURR KITTY Today purr kitty scratched me ! Tis true purr kitty did! Today purr kitty scratched me, ` Then she went off and hid . Why did purr kitty scratch me ? It caused me such alarm ! I love my sweet purr kitty, and Would never do her harm . So, when purr kitty stops hiding, Deciding to come home. I’ll tell her That I love her, and pet and hold Her close . About the Book
As the title suggests, the poems written for this little book are just that; the author's heart-felt feelings, thoughts, ideas, and views from her life experiences set in poetry. The poems range from the traditional like Emily Dickinson, Robert Frost, and Elizabeth Barret Browning, Edgar Allen Poe, to that of the ancient Hiaku poems.
About the Author
The author, was a "Navy brat", and traveled extensively in her early years, resides in Southen California, just north of Malibu, with her husband, their son and a menagerie of animals. The author has been published in several anthologies, and awarded certificates of merit and of achievements from The International Society of Poets, also one of the few American poets to be accepted for publication by Noble House Publishing, (Uk) Was one of the few to be accepted twice on the cd's "The Sound of Poetry." Being a christian, her family,and writting are her greatest joys.
