About the Book

The Three Sons and The Orchard is a beautifully written story depicted from The Holy Quran and simplifi ed in a way that children can understand and enjoy. The story takes you back in time to the city of San’a-Yemen where the remains of the orchard still exist to this day. The Three Sons and The Orchard is a story of how accumulating wealth and not sharing it with the needy people would incur the unhappiness and misery of those people and thus God Almighty’s unhappiness.

About the Author

May ALaseel was born in Baghdad, Iraq and has spent her childhood and teen years in many different countries. She has lived in Brazil, Kenya, Argentina, Venezuela and Spain. She speaks Arabic, English, Spanish and Portugues. Her love for the beautiful messeges in the Quran and the lack of such books that impressed her own children has inspired her to write this book. May is married and has five children. She currently resides in the UK.
