About the Author
Rita Hawkins is married to Paul Hawkins. She has two sons, a stepson, and a stepdaughter. She is an RN legal consultant and grew up in southwest Virginia but now lives in east Tennessee. She holds a second-degree black belt in Karate and a first-degree black belt in jujitsu. She is also the founder of WATSA (Women’s Ability to Survive Attack) and speaks publicly to women’s groups in an effort to raise safety awareness. She works from a second location in Los Angeles and is presently working with one of her sons on the development of the Lyn-Glitzer film production company. All of her work is based on Christian values and moral standards.
