About the Book

We are surrounded by AI. It writes, analyzes, summarizes, and decides—faster than we ever could. But in the rush to move quicker, a deeper question is emerging: Are we still thinking—or simply reacting? In The Thinking Partner, Andrew Pek offers a powerful reframe: AI is not just a tool for efficiency—it can be a partner in better thinking. Blending real-world experience, practical frameworks, and a fresh perspective on leadership, Pek explores how AI—when used intentionally—can strengthen judgment, deepen reflection, and elevate the quality of our decisions. This is not a book about replacing human intelligence. It’s about expanding it. Whether you are a leader, a professional, or simply navigating a more complex world, The Thinking Partner will challenge you to rethink your relationship with technology—and rediscover the power of thinking itself. Because the future doesn’t belong to those who move the fastest. It belongs to those who think the best.

About the Author

Andrew Pek is a strategist, advisor, and builder at the intersection of leadership, organizational transformation, and artificial intelligence. Over a 30-year career, he has worked with senior executives and leadership teams across global organizations to navigate complexity, shape strategy, and lead meaningful change. Andrew has held partner roles at Accenture, Mercer, and Korn Ferry, where he advised some of the world’s leading companies on organization effectiveness, leadership development, and large-scale transformation. His work has spanned industries including financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and industrials—helping leaders think through high-stakes decisions in moments that matter. He is the CEO and Founder of Amiko, a platform focused on reimagining how individuals and organizations develop thinking, judgment, and leadership capability through AI-powered coaching and learning. His work with Amiko reflects a broader belief that the future of leadership will not be defined solely by access to information, but by the ability to think clearly, reflect deeply, and engage in meaningful dialogue—consistently and at scale. Andrew also teaches strategy, innovation, and organizational change, working with emerging leaders to develop both the mindset and skillset required to lead in complex environments. His approach blends practical experience with a deep interest in how people think, decide, and grow. He is the co-author of Stimulated!, a book focused on creative thinking and innovation and continues to explore how human insight and artificial intelligence can work together to unlock better thinking and better outcomes. Andrew is based in New York, where he continues to advise clients, build new ventures, and explore the evolving role of AI as a true thinking partner.
