♦ Est-ce que les phénomènes paranormaux se produisent vraiment ? Si nous avons pu prouver cela, la vie d’après ne sera plus comme la vie d’avant ! Car tout ce que l’homme a pu écrire comme philosophies et théories, depuis l’aube de l’histoire jusqu’à notre temps, a été basé sur la prétention que ce qui est anormal n’a pas une place dans la nature. De plus, il n’existe pas de phénomènes qui violent les lois de la nature telles qu’elles sont établies par le regard de l’homme envers ce qui lui arrive et ce qui arrive autour de lui. Et si nous nous trompions ? Et si nous étions capables d’être sûrs que la nature ne juge pas anormal ce qui se contredit avec ses lois que nous lui avons imposées ? Et si les phénomènes paranormaux ne sont pas moins normaux que tous autres phénomènes que nous disons qu’ils sont normaux parce qu’ils sont le produit de la nature ? Et si nous avons aperçu que l’homme même est un phénomène anormal ? Et si la nature, avec ses phénomènes normaux et ceux que nous les croyons être anormaux, était tout à fait différente de ses lois que nous lui avons imposées ? ♦ Le fait de prouver la survenance des phénomènes paranormaux est capable d’asséner un coup mortel à tout ce que nous l’avons cru être la vérité en ce qui concerne la nature. ♦ Et c’est alors que va apparaître le grand paradoxe, car comment l’homme juge-t-il les phénomènes et les répartit-il en des phénomènes normaux et autres anormaux quand il est en lui-même un phénomène paranormal dont les détails se caractérisent par une grande discordance avec la nature ?! ♦ Cette certitude du fait que l’homme n’est qu’une liste très longue de phénomènes paranormaux ne nous oblige-t-elle pas à nous nous empresser de rebâtir et reformuler la grande majorité de nos connaissances, théories et philosophies ? ♦ Ce livre représente donc une invitation à fonder une nouvelle philosophie et de nouvelles sciences tant que nous avons pu bâtir ce que nous avons comme idées et théories en supposant qu’il n’y a pas de phénomènes paranormaux qui se produisent dans la nature.

Major interests: The relation between religion and science, epistemology, the scientific study of the so-called paranormal phenomena, and philosophy of physics.

Former Position: Head of the Research Department at Paramann Programme Laboratories (PPL).

Current Position: Director of PPL.

Paramann Programme Laboratories (PPL) is a private institute that was established in 1978 and is dedicated to the scientific investigation of paranormal phenomena in general and those unusual phenomena associated with religious experiences & practices in particular. Since 1988 PPL has been extensively investigating the fast healing of wounds issuing from Deliberately Caused Bodily Damage (DCBD) feats in general and those of the dervishes of the Sufi School of Tariqa Casnazaniyyah in particular.
