About the Book

Tara the Siamese Cat goes about her daily adventure by meeting and greeting her fellow creatures. Even though she wants to connect with the neighborhood animals, none have any time for her. Besides, they are different and do not have time for such a curious cat of the Orient. Even Tristan the Toad has found the pond a more vital source of fun than spending another moment with that mysterious feline. Ah, but when she gets home, the loving arms of Mindy openly wait for Tara to rejoin her for supper as the world no longer seems so unkind. Yes, Duke the Irish Setter did not march to Tara’s tune, but neither did Tara take the time to learn about shy Sir Gregory the Groundhog. It is all about living and learning as Tara goes about her daily encounters . . .

About the Author

Currently, Mark is studying to become a secondary language arts teacher in southern California. The need to touch true relationships is what makes my life yearn to flourish. Passé soft lies become hardened lies in the end, so I have walked from the shadows and into the light. Everyone has to come to grips with his/her own past to live in the present free from his/her own ghosts. How else can a person become genuinely nice if he/she has not taken the time to observe his/her own actions? A beautiful person is one with the world around him/her. I cannot change others, so I must settle down when things get crazy and take a deep breath. Let others figure out their own part in the play if they do not want to listen. Now, can we be friends?
