About the Author

Nicole “Nikki” Alexander lives with her parents, James and Donna; her older brother, William; and the family dog, Ralphie, who just happens to be in the book. Nikki is currently in fifth grade and enjoys writing short stories, drawing, sketching, horseback riding, dancing, and spending time with her family. The inspiration for her book was from a third grade in-class work assignment. This work is a reflection of her witty and spirited personality.
