About the Book

This book is for males and females. The Jezebel spirit is not in women only but also in men. This by no means shares that a believer has not received salvation, but indeed it shares how we can have things of our past that want to dwell in our future. How I Became a Jezebel and God Delivered Me will indeed deliver many from the plague of I, I, I or pride.

About the Author

I believe I am qualified to write this book because of the experiences I have had as a woman. As a woman, I have seen women that were role models in my life dictate the home in a way that they were always in control of everything. As I became older, God has revealed to me this is not his purpose for any woman. A woman’s role is to be a helpmate to her mate, not a ruler or to be domineering. As I saw most of the women in my life take on this controlling role, God began to move my heart to this book, How I became a Jezebel and God Delivered Me. My heart is in this book about my personal life and also how God delivered me from the plague that was plaguing my family—control, manipulation, stubbornness, rebellion, and most of all, pride, the Leviathan that most women will not admit they are facing in their marriage. Currently I reside in Okinawa, Japan, where I am doing the will of God by sharing the Gospel, doing marketplace ministry, and also traveling to different nations. I am the director of Precious Ones Tender Care childcare marketplace ministry. I also will begin new marketplace ministries in Okinawa, Japan. My husband, Joe Kirk Jr., is a wonderful God-fearing man God has placed in my life for the last seventeen years. We have three beautiful children, our daughter Cieara and our sons Jeremiah and Joshua. They are my inspiration for this book, How I Became a Jezebel and God Delivered Me.
