To Nate, These are some tips, I learned over my lifetime, to help guide you to success in the adult world. Use this book of tips when you need quick advice and I’m not readily available. Having this book will permit me to be with you anytime you need me, even though we may be many miles apart. Always know that I love you and I’ll be there for you whenever you need me. Love, Dad Accomplishments Enjoy and treasure the rewards of your hard work.  Document your accomplishments for future reference.  For example, a list of your year’s work accomplishments is a valuable tool at the time of your annual performance review.  Don’t be afraid to alert your supervisors to your significant accomplishments, in a tactful professional manner.  Use your accomplishments to judge your progress towards achieving your goals for success.  Use your accomplishments to help identify your strengths.  Significant relevant accomplishments are valuable to note on your resume and to highlight during job interviews.
