He gives inspiration to seek hope the comes with peace. that brings joy. A earnest to move forward to have courage and strength. That turns into wisdom. That is after grace, salvation and the promise of redemption. The ambition to indulge in God's glory. Who is Jesus Christ? Armor of God The trumpets sound-The enemy is near As I stand ready-I raise my hands and pray I put on the full armor of God so that II can make a stand When the enemy comes I'm ready to fight Here I stand at this place-Where God hides my face On this rock I raise my shield and that’s all my faith Enemy comes- I want to run I tighten up my belt of truth More foes on the way-Helmet on my head Salvation is what it says. They keep coming-Big and strong I put my righteousness breastplate on On God's word- I stand firm-I raise my sword But by Gods hand-My enemies fall

About the Book
I am a believer that with God, we can accomplish anything in life. He is a dream maker and never lets his people down. This Christian poetry book is based on the Bible. God gives each of us a special gift; mine just happened to be poetry. Christian poetry that I have written will definitely encourage believers. Some of my poetry also includes my own personal testimonies, a lot of imagination also. When you read my poems, you can definitely feel your faith grow, encouragement and outcome of daily living. I’m not perfect by all means; there’s still a lot that I need to learn. So come on, let’s learn together.
About the Author
Hi, my name is William M. Ackerman. I was born in 1970. My dad was in the United States Air Force, and my mother was from the Philippines. When I was younger, I often would walk to church to hear the word of God. Of course, when you’re younger, you really don’t remember a whole lot about Jesus. As a kid, I found it more important to go outside and play. In 1994, however, I finally met my Lord Jesus, and from then on, it’s been a roller-coaster ride. Now my faith has grown, and I have peace regardless what the circumstances may look like. I grab a hold of what God’s word has to say about the situation. I have only been writing for a little while, and God has given me a gift to write poetry. Like an instrument player, it takes a lot of practice and fine tuning to get really good. Over the years I found myself just being able to put words together really well. I have had some of my poetry sent to India, and it was read to three hundred youths who all got saved. I wrote this book in the hope that others may be saved and that current Christians will have greater faith. And all this I do for God’s glory, who is Jesus Christ.
