Rice and Peas all blended together 1 cup red peas, 4 cups rice 1 cup coconut milk, 2 onions, 3 stalk scallion, 2 twigs thyme, black pepper, pimientos, ginger, salt, garlic, butter. boil peas and ginger until tender cooked, add rice, coconut milk, allow to simmer, add onions thyme black pepper, salt , garlic, butter, stir in seasons, turn low heat cover until water is dried out. Great side dish served with meat, fish or poultry.

Dr. Dakota Gore Lane lived on the Island, loved all the fruits and foods. She currently resides and works in the US with her husband Ryan Terry, dog Seraph and cat Tyrion. We enjoy the foods from the Caribbean. Research has now shown our rice, peas and green bananas are healthy choices for a healthy longer life. We believe all things created by God for food is good.
