About the Book

Pegasus: Ancient Greek Muse of Poetry is the author’s first book of poems. This reflects the people’s search for the truth of the past and of their ancestors using history and heraldry. The book contains subjects of all kinds of famous people and art.

About the Author

The author was born in Ireland and arrived in New York in the 1950s. Her cousin invited her to Santa Barbara, and she finally chose San Francisco to work as a secretary. San Francisco suited her better, and after a few years, she found her husband in St. Mary’s Church, California Street—just her cup of tea. She married and had three handsome sons. The author is now a grandmother of two beautiful boys. In her sixties, she got restless again and took to studying, got her California High School diploma with As and somehow got into SFSU, graduating with a BA in liberal studies in 2005.
